Haddon Township is a community that includes the areas of Westmont, West Collingswood Heights, and West Collingswood. Much of the same home styles and neighborhoods you find in Collingswood are here as well -- many sections of Collingswood and Haddon Township blend together, sharing borders that are indistinguishable from the street. One must check the listings to see which municipality governs their property.

The town's largest business district, on Haddon Avenue, is undergoing an extensive redevelopment program to add modern housing, shopping and business to its landscape. Key locations in the business district await renovation and/or expansion. The Township also offers two large supermarkets, a growing number of well-reviewed restaurants, and several pockets of active business districts.

Some of the amenities the Township provides are senior services, an updated family-oriented town pool, and a branch of the Camden County Library with modern facilities. Families appreciate a public school program that provides a Pre-K education to its residents. (Check with school system for more info).

Newton Creek winds through Haddon Township, and a county park program provides a picturesque path for walking, biking, and other recreation. Other parks are within easy reach--including Collingswood's Knight Park and Cooper River Park.
